Dover Apartments – Minneapolis

Greetings and welcome to the blog for your upcoming project at Dover Apartments. We are thrilled to be onsite completing work for you this year! 

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon – we were onsite yesterday kicking off the project. We will be providing an update later this week with progress on what buildings we’ve gone through.

Thanks! Looks like another round of nice weather for a bit which should keep our momentum going.

Our crew will begin pressure washing the 5^th Avenue SE & 6^th Street SE side (red brick siding area) starting on or around: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12^TH

Our crew will begin hand cleaning the back side windows starting on or around: WEEK OF AUGUST 17^TH

We kindly request that you remove all items from the back decking so the crew can allow for safe and unobstructed access for cleaning, prep and painting.

After the surfaces have been pressure washed / hand cleaned, the surfaces will need time to dry before the prep work begins. Overall, the work is expected to take 3 – 4 weeks.

IMPORTANT: During the project the street parking in front of the Dover Apartments on 5^thAvenue SE / 6^th Street SE will be unavailable. Additionally, your property management will direct you to access your unit from the 5^th Avenue SE entrance.
